We are on week three of “living” in Nashville and we are still loving it! It’s so weird because I’m not that homesick. Usually, when I’m away for a long period of time I get really homesick and I can’t wait to get back. I could be in paradise and there’s a blizzard at home, I would rather be home. So, not feeling homesick this time is really weird to me.

We have had a few visitors come to see us since my last Nashville post and it was really fun to show our guests our new favorite spots. While we have been down here we have also been exploring lots of coffee shops. My hubby and I both love coffee, and we both work from home so it’s the perfect place for us to work.

We took these photos after working at Barista Parlor Golden Sound one afternoon because I think the vibe over there is really edgy and cool.

It’s been so nice to just wear sweaters, light jackets, and cute boots down here. I’ve been shopping a little bit down here so I’m really hoping all my new things will be able to make it back with us, lol. This winter, I’ve really been really into wearing lots of cropped sweaters. I think they are really cute, easy to wear, and look great with boots. For my OOTD on the day we shot these photos, I decided to wear a variety of blues.

I have to also say how much a love my blue clutch. It’s a large clutch so it fits EVERYTHING and it’s perfect for night or from day to night. It can be casual or dressy, and on audreypamela.com my clutch comes in four really great colors. This clutch also makes a great travel bag for makeup or even if you are doing something like heading to the beach. You can use it for your sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. It’s really useful for so many things!

Along with my clutch bag, I wore one of my favorite bracelets, the Crystal Flower Statement Bracelet and one of my favorite pendant necklaces, the Antique Gold Pendant Necklace. I love how they can simply dress up an outfit.

I’m also going to share with you a few of our favorite coffee spots in case you are ever in Nashville.

Our Favorite Coffee Shops

Barista Parlor Golden Sound

This coffee shop is so cool because it used to be a recording studio in the 80’s, so it definitely has that vibe. I love how bright and spacious it is too. At any Barista Parlor, I always get the bourbon vanilla latte and either the sausage biscuit with habanero peach jam or the vanilla waffle.

Barista Parlor Germantown

This Barista Parlor used to be a motorcycle shop! I love that they kept the garage doors so on nice days you can feel like you are still outside.

Barista Parlor East Nashville

I have to be honest this is my least favorite of the three, but my husband’s favorite! It also used to be a motorcycle shop but this location is very dark, the music is louder, and it has a darker vibe. But, if you like that, then it might be perfect for you!

I love Crema because I’m absolutely obsessed with the Cuban coffee here. They make it with condensed milk, how the Cuban’s make their coffee, and it’s delicious! I’m actually drinking one now as I write this post! Every time I’ve been here this place is packed. I also love that they have a large patio so on nice days we have worked outside and we can bring our dog, Bella.

Pinewood Social

Pinewood Social is a must if you come to Nashville. It’s a workspace by day, with a Crema inside. It also has a restaurant with great food, a bar with great drinks, bowling, a huge patio, and even a pool in the summer. It feels more like a private club but everyone is invited. Also, last Friday we were at the bar and Sam Smith was causally sitting across from us!

Eight & Roast

This is a cute little coffee shop is in the neighborhood where we are staying. It’s really cute and it has good coffee too. It’s great that we can easily walk to it on the weekends.

Frothy Monkey

We have been here a bunch. It’s in the 12 South neighborhood, and we always end up in 12 South. The coffee is good and it’s very cozy in there, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I also love that they can serve you food, coffee, wine, etc as you are working.

Ugly Mugs

Ok, I have to admit we have not been here yet! But, we have had a few people tell us to go, and I looked up the photos and it looks great, but I will have to report back as to how it really is!

Have a great weekend! xo
