I’ve been wanting to wear this hat since I got to Nashville, lol. I love this hat and it’s perfect for Nashville. I thought it would look great with one of my favorite bags, the Vintage Mini Crossbody. I use this bag so much and it literally goes with so many things.
I’m also a big fan of a duster, they are great for days when it’s you don’t need a full coat but there’s still a little chill in the air. And of course, I’m also wearing some of my favorite bracelets and for some extra bling my Rocker Statement Necklace. You can shop all my accessories below.
These photos were taken during our last few days in Nashville at Pinewood Social (more on this place below). It’s one of our favorite spots in Nashville. We wanted to have lunch and a drink here one last time before we left.

My husband and I have had so much fun in Nashville and we really love this city! Everyone we have met has been so friendly, the food and coffee are amazing, and we have really loved being here the last few weeks.
I definitely have some really great memories from the last few weeks. Here are some of my favorite highlights from the trip and if you are in Nashville these are some of the places you definitely should visit.
We loved hanging out on 12 South a lot. It’s where we spent most of our time. Sitting outside in the sun at Bar Taco drinking margaritas and enjoying great tacos was so nice. I loved that we got to bring our dog Bella to enjoy the sunshine with us. Edley’s is a great spot for BBQ, and we went quite a lot. During the evenings we would sit at the bar eating BBQ and planning out all the things we wanted to do on this trip. Next door to Edley’s is a place called The Filling Station. You can grab a quick beer and enjoy it outside. There’s only a handful of seats which makes it a very cozy and chill spot which is perfect for nice days. Also on 12 South is Five Daughters Bakery. They have the most amazing donuts and they can get pretty addictive!
During the days, we worked mostly at Soundgarden Barista Parlor. We loved the vibe and the coffee. The coffee shop is also very bright and everyone is very warm and friendly. In the afternoons, we would often explore and walk around different neighborhoods, go see a movie, go shopping, or even just play with Bella in the backyard. She loved for us to come home and play frisbee with her, she’s getting very good!
I loved getting drinks at Pinewood Social, it’s such a cool vibe, and atmosphere. They have a great restaurant and bar, bowling alley, a huge patio, and even a pool in the summer! Another really cool bar we went to was The Patterson House. It’s like hanging out in someone’s house, they take making drinks very seriously, and it’s best if you don’t use your cell phone. Their rules not mine 🙂
So that’s a wrap on Nashville, now back home to sweet home Chicago!
